Zefilandya Academy Privacy Policy

1. Controller and contact

The data controller is Francesco Capuano, an independent developer operating under the name Fracapu Apps, based in Italy. For privacy or support requests, write to support@fracapuapps.com.

2. Who the app is for

Zefilandya Academy is intended for children aged 6 to 10. Parents, guardians and adult users are encouraged to read this policy.

3. Personal data not requested

Zefilandya Academy does not require an account or registration and does not ask for first name, last name, email address, phone number or date of birth. The app does not include chat, free-text fields intended for children, or the ability to publish or share content.

The app does not access contacts, location, camera or microphone and does not request the Android AD_ID permission.

4. Data stored on the device

Progress and preferences remain only on the device. They may include the selected mascot, settings and audio preference, progress, mini-game records, stars and goals, diplomas and favorite books.

This data is not sent to Fracapu Apps servers or accounts. It can be deleted by clearing the app data or uninstalling the app.

5. Internet connection

Zefilandya Academy works online. The connection is used for app operation and to load ads when privacy conditions allow ad requests.

6. Google AdMob advertising

Zefilandya Academy uses Google AdMob for interstitial and rewarded ads. It does not use banners, mediation or additional ad networks. Ad requests are configured as child-directed, request non-personalized ads and set the maximum ad content rating to G.

Rewarded ads are shown only after a voluntary action. The app remains usable without ads when privacy conditions do not allow them to be requested.

Fracapu Apps does not collect personal data through Zefilandya Academy and does not receive the progress or preferences saved in the app. Google AdMob may, however, automatically process some technical data needed to provide ads, diagnostics, security and fraud prevention, such as IP address, technical information about the device and app, interactions with ads and diagnostic information. This processing is carried out by Google according to its own policies.

7. No analytics or profiling by Fracapu Apps

Fracapu Apps has not integrated dedicated analytics or profiling services in Zefilandya Academy and does not create behavioral profiles of children.

8. Email support

Support is mainly intended for parents, guardians and adult users. Anyone writing to support@fracapuapps.com voluntarily provides their email address and message content.

This data is used only to reply and manage the request. Emails are managed through IONOS and are not used for newsletters or marketing. Children should not send personal data without help from an adult.

9. Rights and data deletion

Locally saved data can be deleted by clearing the app data or uninstalling the app. For requests about emails sent to support, write to support@fracapuapps.com.
